Fish pedicure involves you dipping your feet into a basin of water and watch the little fish (known as Garra Rufa) take away all the dead skin off your feet.

Be warned: it is a strange sensation and it does tickle, but you will quickly get used to it. Some people say it is the best pedicure they have had!
